At Caden Lane, we want you to love every piece you pick for your little ones. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed, unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
